Within his No-Nonsense Muscle Building program is a certain amount of tough love. Vince doesn’t have a lot of patience for excuses. He doesn’t want to hear them. Genetics can be at fault for being underweight or not having muscles, however, this is only part of the reason and there are many more much more important factors that are in your control. As the title says, this eBook is based on getting significant amounts of muscle that will stick on you. The methods that he presents in this eBook have been proven by himself and many other people that followed his advice. The Nine Growth Principles When all of those excuses are put in the trash, the next area covered are nine principles of growth. These principles are very important and anybody that has successfuly put on muscle has followed these principles whether they knew it or not. One principle, for example, is rest adn recovery. Not allowing the body to recover is a major reason skinny people fail to build muscle. An entire chapter is devoted to guidelines to speed up this inactive recovery time. But make no mistake, the primary focus of this program is getting significant muscle to stick on the skinny guy. Vince presents the core muscle gain strategy that has been proven to create the best results both for himself and for his personal training clients. It is as he describes it, “The Skinny Guy’s Secrets to Insane Muscle Gain.” Hormones are also covered in this eBook. Hormones usually are left out as people think of drugs immediately. One must realize, however, that drugs simply make the hormones we already have build muscle faster. Vince gives great advice on dieting and training that will optimize growth hormone levels for maximum muscle gain. Training is also greatly covered in this eBook. It isn't simply one simple routine for everyone to follow. The training is done in cycles. You do a certain type of exercise sets and repeats and then change it all to prevent your body from adapting. There is a LOT of great information in this eBook. It may take even two readings before you know what he's fully talking about. That's why the 52 week workout plan provided in the members area is a great thing. By using this, there is no confusion and you know exactly what to do to reach your goals. Cardio also is talked about in this eBook. Cutting fat to make the muscle you do gain is just as important. What's the point of gaining 20 pounds of muscle if you've got five layers of fat over it!? A very useful cardio section is included which details the most effective methods for fat loss. And of course, the diet needed to gain weight is heavily discussed in this eBook. You must eat more to gain weight. This eBook teaches how to do that by counting calories and making sure you're eating the right foods. There's also an online calculator that is provided with the eBook. lding diet is calculating the amount of calories you need to consume and what foods you need to eat. Vince gets down to the technical details of just how to come up with the starting point for your diet (from RMR to TEF). If you want to gain muscle then this eBook is probably the best out there. It will, however, take work. If you're willing to follow his program then you WILL gain muscle. |
